Miss Hawaii Scholarship Pagaent
2004 to present
Billy V has been the television emcee for the annual Miss Hawaii Scholarship Pagaent since 2004, From the Hawaii Convention Center to the Historic Hawaii Theatre, working closely with Miss Hawaii Organization Director Ryan Brown. Billy V has also participated in the Miss Hawaii Scholarship golf tournament and other events throughout the years.
