Hawaii Five-0 & Magnum P.I. World Premieres

In 2009 Peter Lenkov (Executive Producer) rebooted Hawaii Five-0, bringing it back to CBS Television where the original Hawaii 5-0 aired back in the 1970ʻs. The World Premiere of the very first episode was shown on world famous Waikiki Beach a week before its debut on national television. The episode was shown on a huge screen after the sunset to a huge crowd. The stars walked the red carpet upon arrival, took photos for press and did press interviews for news and television entertainment outlets from around the world gathered for the event. Billy V introduces each of the stars as they step onto the main red carpet, was the emcee for the first “Sunset On The Beach” and has emceed every single one except in 2014. 
Magnum P.I. was also rebooted by EP Peter Lenkov and joined “Sunset On The Beach” with stars arriving, greeting cheering fans, taking photos and doing press interviews. Their premiere was shown right after Hawaii Five-0 on the same screen. Billy V enjoys the special relationship with both Hawaii Five-0 and Magnum P.I. Billy V is also part of the Hawaii Five-0 family making 2 appearances and doing numerous voiceovers for the popular television show.
