Billy V is a 22 year radio veteran in Hawai'i that you can catch On-Air Mornings on Hawaiian 105 KINE. Before that he was a member of the original on-air staff at KCCN FM 100 that went on the air on May 14, 1990 and at that time was the only radio station with belief enough in Hawaiian Music to know Hawaii's Artists were talented enough to dominate the FM side of popular radio...and dominate they did! KCCN FM 100 was #1 within a years time; and has been up to the #1 spot a number of times! Before KCCN FM 100, Billy V was also at Hawai'i radio stations KKON/Big Island, 1420 AM KCCN (twice) AM 650 KORL, Krater96FM and 16 years with KCCN FM 100 as Music Director (2 years), Program Director (4 years) and Morning Personality for a total of 8 years (4 with Charly Espina; 4 years with Lina Girl & Pipi). The Annual KCCN FM 100 Birthday Bash is one of the most anticipated concerts of the summer, with sellouts almost every year in its 16 year history and Billy V was stage manager from 1990-2006!

Wiki Wiki Hawai'i radio show that had a 2 year run on Japan's MEGANET, which had the show broadcasting to 65 million people on Tokyo's InterFM, Nagoya's Radio Ai, Osaka's Love FM & Fukuoka's FM Cocoro! Show was co-hosted by Kei Segawa and was broadcast from Wiki Wiki Studios in the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Hotel. Done with Studio Rim Hawai'i. Guests included Japan International Stars and supermodels, as well as Award Winning Hawai'i International Celebrities and Groups, Entertainers and Recording Artists .

J-Wave 81.3/Tokyo featured a show during the midday where they featured the music of the Hawaiian islands, along with wonderful information about what was happening in the islands with hula, events, places to go, artists to check out and more. Separate one-time shows aired in Winter 2005, aimed primarily at the business crowd that might plan to travel to Hawai'i during the cold winter season.

Zip Night In Motion was a show that aired Saturday Night in Nagoya, Japan. It was aimed at the 18-25 audience that was probably going to go out to niteclubs later in the evening. Featuring Top 40 music of the time, It was a welcome change of pace compared to the usual music that Billy V was used to broadcasting. Programming aired in Nagoya, Japan from 1996-1998 in studios located in Kaka'ako and Dole Cannery
