Billy V. will be serving as emcee for one of
the most prestigious events in Hawaii
Scholarship Pageants...the Miss Diamond Head
and Miss Waikiki Scholarship Pageant. Billy
V has served as emcee for this event since
the Pageants inception.
This year's event will feature some of
Hawaii's most gifted and talented young
ladies as they compete for the coveted
titles of Miss Diamond Head and Miss
Waikiki, local pageants to the Miss Hawaii
Scholarship pageant and the Miss America
Organization.
Contestants will vie for over $10,000 in
Cash Scholarships and prizes. USA Hosts
Hawaii and ADR Productions are pleased to be
corporate sponsors of the Miss Diamond Head
